Hi, my name is David. I'm a Fitness Coach specializing in nutrition and dieting. I've been passionate about fitness for as long as I can remember, and it has been a big part of my life for over 20 years.

I created this website as a free resource for both current and former clients, as well as anyone interested in simple and practical fitness advice. My fitness approach aims to achieve the maximum results with the minimum effort—a minimalist strategy designed to optimize results without consuming too much of your time. The process of building muscle and losing weight doesn't need to be overly complex, and my goal is to simplify this process for all my clients.

I offer three programs (compare each below):

1. Rapid Weight Loss: Perfect for individuals preparing for special events, such as photoshoots, weddings, or vacations.

2. The Fit Body Diet: Ideal for those with a longer timeframe in mind, aiming to lose weight, sustain it, and gain muscle.

3. Body Recomposition: Tailored for individuals who have been working out but aren't satisfied with their progress, seeking to take their results to the next level – whether that means gaining more muscle or shedding additional fat.

Regardless of which program you choose, the process begins with a complimentary call. This allows me to understand your unique needs and goals. Using the insights gained from our discussion, I'll create a program specifically for you. We'll continuously monitor your progress, whether daily or weekly, until we reach your desired goals.

Rapid Weight Loss

  • This program is designed for individuals interested in losing the greatest amount of body fat within the shortest possible time frame. Ideal if you are preparing for a photoshoot, wedding, vacation, or other special occasion.

    Disclaimer: Unless you have a very specific reason for wanting this program, I would strongly advise you to consider the main program, “The Fit Body Diet”.

  • Minimum: 6 weeks

    Maximum: 12 weeks

  • 1. A personalized workout plan tailored to fit your schedule.

    2. A customized diet plan.

    3. Two in-person weekly sessions with me (each lasting 60-90 minutes).

    4. Daily check-ins every evening for the program's duration.

    - You will be required to send images of all your daily meals, which we will review in the evening.

    5. A weekly wrap-up session aimed at assessing progress and adherence to the program (30 minutes).

    6. Peak week preparation, involving adjustments to your diet and nutritional regimen to ensure you appear at your best on the day of the event.

    The total cost for this program is $300 per week, payable in advance for the entire duration of the program.

The Fit Body Diet

  • This is the main weight loss program I offer, designed to cater to individuals interested in achieving sustainable long-term weight loss while also focusing on muscle building. It offers a level of flexibility greater than the Rapid Weight Loss program, incorporating some of your favorite foods in moderation.

    The program is structured in such a way that, upon completion, you will gain the necessary knowledge to independently continue your fitness journey, without relying on me or any other fitness coach.

  • Minimum: 8 weeks

    Maximum: 16 weeks

  • 1. A personalized workout plan tailored to fit your schedule.

    2. A customized diet plan that incorporates some of your favorite foods.

    3. One weekly in-person session with me (lasting 60-90 minutes).

    4. A weekly wrap-up session aimed at analyzing progress over the week and assessing program adherence (30 minutes).

    - You will be required to share photos of all your daily meals, which we will review at the end of each week.

    The total cost for this program is $150 per week, payable in advance for the entire duration of the program.

Body Recomposition

  • This program is designed for individuals who are currently working out but are not happy with their results or have hit a plateau. First, we will analyze your current fitness program and diet, and then I will revise it to focus on your specific fitness goals—be it fat loss, muscle gain, or a combination of both.

  • Minimum: 8 weeks

    Maximum: 20 weeks

  • 1. A personalized workout plan designed for your specific fitness goals.

    2. A customized diet plan that incorporates some of your preferred foods.

    3. One weekly in-person session with me (lasting 60-90 minutes).

    4. A weekly wrap-up session designed to evaluate your progress throughout the week and assess adherence to the program (30 - 60 minutes).

    - You will be expected to provide photos of all your daily meals, which will be reviewed at the conclusion of each week.

    - Additionally, you will need to track each workout session, which will also undergo review at the close of the week.

    The total cost for this program is $200 per week, payable in advance for the entire duration of the program.
